The Owners

Mr. Jerry Novak is a former Quality Manager of an international corporation and has dedicated his career to meeting customer's quality and service requirements. He is certified as a CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) and a CQM (Certified Quality Manager) by ASQ (the American Standard for Quality).
Mr. Robert Novak has been actively involved in commercial carpet cleaning industry for many years. His experience and knowledge of modern carpet cleaning systems and technology will ensure total satisfaction for our commercial customers.

We are different than the competition because:

We are family owned and operated. We each have a vested interest in maximum customer satisfaction. Our associates are highly trained, always professional and each member is a part owner of the company.
We offer both 'Deep Extraction' and 'Low-Moisture Encapsulation' techniques for carpet cleaning (Don't believe the one-or-other sales pitch. Each method has its own advantage). We'll work with you to determine the best method for your situation.
We use only top quality equipment and chemicals that have shown to produce the best care possible for your carpets. Our primary concerns are to minimize any health risks due to mold or mildew while maximizing the life of your carpet. We also use only environmentally safe chemicals in all of our processes.
We'll provide you a simple, no-nonsense cleaning schedule customized to meet your service needs. All services and costs are plainly listed with no hidden charges or surprises.
In addition, we always check all of your carpet area for stains and remove them on each scheduled visit.
